I've upped my calorific intake to 800 because that's what I used to eat anyway. Hopefully this will make everything a lot easier and won't make me gain :/ 100 calories is a lot to increase by. I'm kind of scared actually. If I've gained {which I think I would have} then I'm going to make up for it by taking it off the calories I can eat tomorrow. According to my diet plan I'm supposed to be burning at least 400 calories per day through exercise and I didn't do that today >.<
I'll update you lovely people on what's happening to my body tomorrow <3
PS - I WEIGHED IN AT 45.3KG THIS MORNING. I was 45.7 just yesterday! WOOHOO.
If you eat 800 calories, it will be extremely hard to burn off 400 calories. It'll make you exhausted, possibly faint, and gain weight easier. Trust me, I've been there. If you have a treadmill, go to the gym, or run, sprint for 15 minutes a day. You'll burn less than you would normally but your heart rate will still be up after stopping the exercise. You'll be burning body FAT, not just calories, hours later so it'll be more rewarding. I'm about to do a post on this, thanks for the motivation! Also, I know you want to lose weight but think about it: Do you think you can eat 800 calories your entire life? Because once you stop or eat something bad, you're gonna gain everything you lost. That happened to me. Try 1,200 or 1,400. Even if you gain back 5 pounds, you're gonna lose it and keep it off in combination with the workout I just told you about. That's what I'm doing now. I can eat whatever I want, in moderation of course, and I haven't been gaining anything. I'm losing body fat everyday, I can visibly see the results.
ReplyDeleteAh yes, that's kind of what's happened to me except I lose it again the next day. It's kind of a tug-of-war that's going on in my body right now haha. I'm not restricting or anything now but I've found that I'm naturally full at 800 calories and if I'm full and don't need any more food then I'm not going to force myself to eat :) But thank you for the comment! I'll definitely be checking out your blog again :)
